January 25, 2010	DOE received Champlain Hudson Power Express (CHPE) Project Application for Presidential Permit.
March 5, 2010	DOE published Notice of Application in Federal Register.
June 18, 2010	DOE issued Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement.
July 8-16, 2010	Public scoping meetings.
December 23, 2010	Issuance of Scoping Report.
February 28, 2012	DOE received CHPE Project Application Amendment (Joint Proposal) for Presidential Permit.
April 30, 2012	DOE issued Amended Notice of Intent (NOI) to Modify the Scope of the Environmental Impact Statement.
September 18, 2012	Issuance of Scoping Report Addendum.
November 1, 2013	Availability of Draft EIS, and public hearings to receive public comments on the Draft EIS.
August 8, 2014	Availability of the Final EIS.
September 24, 2014	Issuance of a Record of Decision
